Returns policy
1. Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
2. Returns
We accept returns of products.
Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after delivery of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original package.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.
3. What is your return policy?
1) We are gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
Please contact us no later than 30 days after you have received your parcel.
After this time we cannot guarantee that the return request will be accepted.
2) We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.
3) Shipping cost for the returned packages is shouldered by customers.

5) After we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a refund shortly.
4. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
